Delivery cost
- AED 20 for local delivery.
- Free on orders over AED 550.

When we deliver
We deliver every day. At checkout, choose today for same-day delivery, or pick any later date and we’ll deliver on that day. We deliver on the date you choose, but we can’t promise a specific time unless we’ve agreed one with you.
What happens after you order
- We call or message you to confirm your order and take payment over the phone.
- A florist arranges your flowers by hand on the day of delivery.
- We send you a photo of your bouquet before it leaves the shop.
- Your card message is handwritten on an ivory card, free with every order.
If the recipient isn’t in
We follow your delivery notes, or try to contact the recipient and you. We may leave the flowers with reception, security or a neighbor. If we can’t deliver because the address or phone number is wrong or nobody is available, we may charge another delivery fee to try again.
