What we collect

When you place an order

• Your details: your name, phone number and email address.
• The recipient’s details: their name, delivery address, city and ZIP code, and their phone number if you give it to us.
• Your order: the flowers you choose, the delivery date, any delivery notes and your card message.

We don’t take payment on this website and never ask for card details here. We call you to confirm your order and take payment over the phone.

When you contact us

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep your phone number, your name and what you tell us, so we can answer and take your order.

When you browse

• Your bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you place an order.
• Advertising cookies. We use Google Ads to reach people looking for flowers. Its tag sets cookies and tells Google when someone who clicked one of our ads visits the site or opens a WhatsApp chat with us. This helps us see which ads work. Google may also collect your IP address, device and browser details.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your flowers on the day you choose.
• To call or message you to confirm your order, take payment and send you a photo of your bouquet.
• To contact the recipient if the driver can’t find them.
• To handle questions, changes, complaints and our freshness guarantee.
• To measure how well our ads work.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.

We only use your card message to write your card. We won’t send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Sending flowers to someone else

When you order for someone else, you give us their name, address and perhaps their phone number. Please only share details you’re comfortable passing on. We use them to deliver your order and for nothing else.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with:

• Our delivery drivers, who see the recipient’s name, address, phone number and delivery notes.
• Service providers who host our website and help us run the shop. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Google, through the Google Ads tag described above.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to those chats.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers, including Google and WhatsApp, may process information outside the UAE. When they do, we rely on them to protect it to the standard UAE law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver your order and deal with any follow-up, and then for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require us to keep business records. After that we delete them.

Your choices and rights

Under UAE data protection law you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond as soon as we can. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The shop will still work, although your bag will be emptied if you clear the site’s storage.
• You can control the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who need your information to prepare and deliver your order can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.
