Can you deliver today?
Yes. We deliver the same day, every day. You can also choose a later date at checkout and we'll deliver on that day.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver to homes and offices across Dubai. Delivery is AED 20, and free on orders over AED 550.
Will I see my flowers before they're delivered?
Yes. We send you a photo of your bouquet before it leaves the shop, so you see exactly what they'll receive.
Can I include a card message?
Every order comes with a free handwritten card. Add your message at checkout, and leave it blank if you'd rather send the flowers without one.
How long will my flowers last?
Our flowers come with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If they don't stay fresh for 7 days, send us a photo and we'll replace them. Keep them out of direct sun and give them fresh water every day to help them last.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Of course. Just message us on WhatsApp with what you’d like, the delivery date and the address, and a florist will reply to confirm your order.
